Ante natal classes

PregnancyYoga for pregnancy can help women have a healthier and happier experience of pregnancy and birth.

Pregnancy is a very special time in life and these classes will offer:

  • a time for you
  • a space to relax
  • an opportunity to meet other pregnant mums
  • a safe place to discuss and share issues that may arise during pregnancy
  • gentle yoga postures to help maintain strength, flexibility and balance
  • movements using birthing balls
  • breathing skills to help relaxation and support movement
  • preparation for labour using Active Birth principles and practice

Classes are suitable for women from their 14th week of pregnancy up until birth.

Weekly evening classes are held in Taunton.
