YOga Retreat Symbolism of Hatha Yoga with Ranju Roy and Dave Charlton A 5 day non residential Sadhana Mala retreat set in the beautiful countryside near the Malvern Hills. Hatha Yoga has almost become a mainstream phrase in the English language. But common understandings of Hatha Yoga often seem very different from the tradition that arose in India. This retreat will consider the origins and context of Hath Yoga Tradition and explore its symbolism based on the first 3 chapters of the Hatha Yoga Pradipika (HYP). There will be a good balance of theory and practice. Accommodation: BnB, camping or other accommodation is easily available locally and a list will be provided on request.
