Friday Workshop Niyama:Cultivating Clarity in Attitude The day runs from 10.00 - 4.30; drinks are provided but please bring a contribution to a shared lunch. These workshops are not for beginners but are open to anybody (teachers and practitioners) with an interest and some experience. They will count as CPD for BWY and aYs Teachers (5 points per day). Please let me know asap if you're interested as places will be limited. Cost £90 per pair of workshops, or £80 for aYs members (a slight increase from last year due to increase in hall hire prices). The workshops will certainly count as aYs CPD - and will also be eligible for BWY CPD points if you wish them to be.
